It is Relogix Inc.’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any personal information we may collect while operating our website. This Privacy Policy applies to https://www.relogix.com (hereinafter, “us”, “we”, or “https://www.relogix.com”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information.

We have adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain what personal information may be collected on our Website and through our workplace analytics software services (the “Services”), how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties.

1. WHAT DOES THIS POLICY COVER?

This Privacy Policy covers Relogix’s collection, use and disclosure of information about an identifiable individual (“Personal Information”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Relogix does not own or control, including our customers (“Customers”) who are responsible for their own privacy practices.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

2.1. Account Information

When you register a new account as a Customer of Relogix, Relogix will collect Personal Information including name, contact information and email address of the Customer contacts. We collect this information in order to make our Services available and provide information to our Customers.

2.2. Movement And Efficiency Data

The Relogix Services collect location and movement data in office, workspace and other spaces (“Movement Data”) through sensors installed at the location. While the data collected may be linked to an individual who visits or works out of the location (“End User”), Relogix does not collect the names or identity of any End Users. The Movement Data collected are stored in the Relogix Customer account for our Customers to better understand workspace utilization.

Movement Data may include Personal Information if our Customer combines the Movement Data with other data that can be used to identify an individual, such as specific workstation or office location.

2.3. Usage Data

Relogix may also collect certain information about End Users of Relogix’s Website and Services, such as Internet addresses, time spent logged into the Services and other usage data. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Website and update our Services to constantly improve the quality of Relogix’s products and services.

2.4. Cookies

Technologies such as cookies, beacons, scripts and tags are used by us and our third-party partners. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users’ movements around the website, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole. Relogix may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing these types of tracking technologies.

Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally, but merely recognize your browser. There are two types of cookies and these include: session and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you have closed your browser or turned off your computer. They include such information as a unique identifier for your browser.

Relogix uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows Relogix to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you have logged in and are required in order to use the Relogix Software.

Our third-party partners also employ clear gifs (i.e., Web Beacons and Web Bugs), images, and scripts that help them better manage content on Relogix’s Website. Relogix does not tie the information gathered to End User personal information.

3. STORAGE LOCATION AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Relogix stores its data, including Personal Information, on servers located in Canada and the United States. By submitting information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing of your Personal Information in Canada and the U.S. You acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information may be accessible to law enforcement and governmental agencies in those countries under lawful access regimes or court order.

4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

4.1. Service Providers And Business Partners

Relogix may from time to time employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide the Services. Unless Relogix tells you differently, such third-parties do not have any right to use the Personal Information Relogix shares with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. This includes third-party companies and individuals employed by Relogix to facilitate our Services, including the provision of maintenance services, database management, web analytics and general improvement of the Services. Relogix currently uses Microsoft’s Azure cloud hosting services in the USA and ZOHO, a CRM tool, in the USA to process Personal Information.

4.2. Business Transfers

If Relogix (or substantially all of our assets) are acquired, or if Relogix goes out of business, enters bankruptcy, or goes through some other change of control, Personal Information may be made available or otherwise transferred to the new controlling entity, where permitted under applicable law.

4.3. With Your Consent

If Relogix needs to use or disclose any Personal Information in a way not identified in this Privacy Policy, Relogix will notify you and/or obtain your express consent as required under applicable privacy laws.

5. RETENTION

Relogix will keep your Personal Information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purpose or as required by law, which may extend beyond the termination of Relogix’s relationship with you. Relogix may retain certain data as necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law. All retained Personal Information will remain subject to the terms of this Privacy Privacy Policy.

6. ACCESS, CORRECTION AND ACCURACY

You have the right to access the Personal Information Relogix holds about you to verify the Personal Information Relogix has collected in respect to you and to have a general account of Relogix’s uses of that information. Upon receipt of your written request, Relogix will provide you with a copy of your Personal Information, although in certain limited circumstances, Relogix may not be able to make all relevant information available to you such as where that information also pertains to another user. In such circumstances, Relogix will provide reasons for the denial to you upon request. Relogix will endeavor to deal with all requests for access and modifications in a timely manner.

Relogix will make every reasonable effort to keep your Personal Information accurate and up to date, and Relogix will provide you with mechanisms to update, correct, delete or add to your Personal Information as appropriate. As appropriate, this amended Personal Information will be transmitted to those parties to which Relogix are permitted to disclose your information. Having accurate Personal Information about you enables Relogix to give you the best possible service.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Relogix may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of Personal Information Relogix collects is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected, used or disclosed. If Relogix makes material changes or changes in the way the company uses Personal Information, Relogix will notify you by posting an announcement on our Website or sending you an e-mail prior to the change becoming effective. You are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when you use the Website after such changes have been first posted.

8.RESIDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (“EEA”)

Relogix generally processes Personal Information (personal data) in order to fulfill contracts we have with our Customers and End Users and to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Otherwise, Relogix will obtain consent from an individual in respect of processing of Personal Information if required by law to do so.

Generally, Relogix is a “data processor”, processing personal data on behalf of our Customers who are “data controllers”.

Further, individuals located in the EEA have certain rights under European law (including under the General Data Protection Regulation) with respect to Personal Information, including the right to request access to, obtain, correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal data. Individual End Users, Customers or prospective Customers located in the EEA who wish to exercise these rights, should contact Relogix using the contact information below in Section 10 to exercise these rights. However, where Relogix is a processor of personal data, the request may be forwarded to the applicable data controller.

Individuals also have the right to make complaints to regulatory authorities in respect of our privacy practices.
