How does Relogix pricing work?
Pricing is based on total square footage of a floor and includes all your desks, meeting rooms, and collaboration spaces. Our goal is to help you track the use cases that will give you the most insights at super simple pricing. We make sure your office is equipped with the right type of sensors for your needs: desks, entrances, meeting rooms, and more. We then add the installation fees, shipping fees, and onboarding fees and you have your price.

What are your terms?
The minimum term is 12 months and the longest is 36 months. Our team will be happy to discuss which option is best for you.
Do you provide customer support?
Yes. Our team of experts is at your disposal to help you make the most of your experience. You can contact our Support team by emailing [email protected] which will automatically create a support case and provide you with a ticket number for reference.
Do you ingest other sensor data?
We can currently ingest data from Irisys, PointGrab and VergeSense sensors. We are constantly adding new data sources so stay tuned with our newsletter or ask our sales team for the short-term road map.
Are you open to working with partners?
Yes, we have a partner program. Partners are equipped to resell our solution within their own range at a competitive price. Reach out to become a partner.
Do you offer permanently installed sensors?
Yes, we offer PointGrab sensors. They usually come with a higher installation cost. Reach out to our Sales team to discuss.
Who do I contact to complete a security assessment?

Is there an installation fee?
Yes, a flat fee of $2,500 per building.
Will I be charged a sales tax?
Services will be charged sales tax in accordance with local law and regulations for each service location.
